“I have known and worked with Andy for the past two years on various projects. He is the consummate business professional, focused on providing a valued service to his clients in all areas of acquisition and development. Highly detailed in nature, he provides high business acumen to any task he undertakes, I would not have any hesitation in recommending him for any projects now or in the near future”
-Andrew Paskin, VP of Operations, Global Manufacturing Solutions, Inc.
“Having been involved in professional business for over 22 years, I have had the occasion to work with a lot of business professionals.
That being said, I have had the privilege of working with only a handful of professionals that I consider “premiere.” Andy Peters is one of the rare, stand-out individuals.
Andy has the unique talent of being able to see the entire playing field while being able to give specific assistance to the problem at hand. Problems are tackled within the context of your business as a whole. Have you ever tried to solve the problem at hand only to find out that you had others you were not aware of? Maybe your “solution” seemingly created a whole new set of problems? With Andy, there is never a “stone unturned.” Andy takes the time to really understand the issue AND your business, as a whole – all this to ensure that the prescribed solution is tailor-fit to accomplish the desired objective.
Andy also understands the psychological and organizational challenges that go along with implementing business solutions.
Whether you are interested in buying or selling a business or if you have a business issue, Andy is the person to call.
I have consulted with Andy on numerous occasions and have always walked away the better for it. Andy’s personal network of professionals is simply the largest and best I have ever seen. Whatever the issue, Andy knows “how” to help and “who” can help.
Andy is unique in that he continues to “track” with you and your organization to make sure that the desired results are being achieved. If you need an analyst, a business broker, a coach, a strategic planner, a problem solver – Andy is the person. All from someone who has a high level of integrity – which is a fading quality in some of today’s professionals who just want to “make a sale.”
Go with the best – call Andy Peters; you will be glad you did.”

“I was first introduced to Andy Peters over 15 years ago when he was working for a steel mill that we purchased steel from. Both my partner and I who had been in business since 1988 liked Andy for his knowledge and true understanding of business. We liked him so much that we hired him to run our sales department at Paragon Steel. After a few years Andy had moved on in his career but we continued to have a relationship with him. I could never have imagined how important that relationship would be in the years to come.
As our business evolved from strictly distribution to fabrication, we became a bit of a hybrid steel company. When the economy and steel industry floundered in 2008, the fact that we had fabrication contracts literally saved our company. After 20 years of business our market segment was equally split between fabrication and distribution. In 2012, we approached Andy about helping us to evaluate our business options. We had considered selling our company, merging it or possibly splitting the two divisions and selling off one. Ultimately after much discussion and evaluation we chose Andy and Prysmatic to help us with the transition. A buyer was found for the fab division which would help the company with our bank and allow us to focus our energies on our core business: distribution. In addition we had to streamline our overhead to match the reduction in business revenues. We had created a model that I felt was something we could accomplish and it had to be done somewhat quickly. Time was of the essence.
The challenge was made even greater when my partner, Doug Carpenter became very ill in 2012 and ultimately passed away in May of 2014. The loss of my partner of 25 years could not easily be filled. Andy Peters, my friend and consultant became central to my brain trust in moving the company forward. He is knowledge, pragmatic and well connected with legal, financial and strategic resources at his disposal. I found when I needed a confidant Andy was always there. I would highly recommend Andy for any small or medium sized business where owners are struggling with legacy decisions or debating about preparing their businesses for acquisition. It can be a daunting process and I believe there is great value in finding someone who has experience as well as objectivity and can think out of the box. Change can be tough, especially when we have to face facts. It pays to have someone on your side.”
